It has many upgrades from the original build including an updated kitchen, wood floors, and a large screened-in porch. Half of the basement was finished 7 years ago with the addition of a legal bedroom (with egress window), playroom, and full bathroom. In addition to the finished space, there is still nearly 800 sq ft of climate-controlled storage with shelving in the basement. There is a double-car garage with one deep bay big enough for a large van. Kids can play in the front grassy area or in the wooded area in back. Public Library is less than a mile walk on sidewalks, close enough for kids to walk/bike there. Canât emphasize enough this is the perfect combo for people who want a large family house in a community-focused neighborhood. Multiple grocery stores are very close and Kohlâs, Target, and WalMart are all less than 3 miles away.
